It is recommended that vaccines be given a minimum of 14 days before your expected boarding date. To receive the appropriate vaccines, please inform your veterinarian that you plan to board or kennel your dog.

Your vacation is booked, suitcases are packed, the pup is leashed, and kids are piled into the car (if you are a parent), but wait you didn’t grab anything to drop off for the pet boarding!

What “Not” To Pack…

We pride ourselves on being You and Your pets Home away from Home. So all we truly need from you is your pet, their food, leash/harness, collar with tags, and any medications that are taking.

What We Provide…
  •  Food and water dishes—please do not bring your own from home.
  • Bedding: We have a variety of blankets and washable beds on hand. Please do not bring your pet’s bed from home!
  • Tennis balls and loads of other washable toys. (washed and dried frequently)
  • Two scheduled feedings: 7:00 am and 5:00 pm. Plus Treats!
  • One scheduled nap time at 12:00 pm.
  • As much indoor and outdoor playtime as they would like. (dependant upon the weather)
  • Movies at bedtime with Chey & Monica for the more active dogs. (only dog-approved movies)
  • Snuggles and a book with Catherine for those who are shy/anxious.

Being away from your owners, especially for the very first time can be scary for a dog. So we try to make their experience relaxing, loving, and something they hopefully want to visit again.

Things you should know!

 

2024 Pricing increase:

With a new year rolling in just around the corner and a new website to accompany it, it is time for us to talk prices. As many of you who have been with us for the previous years know, we try our best to keep our cost increases low and continuous so we don’t have to do large price jumps every few years. Our price changes this year are due to the increased minimum wage and additional taxes added to the businesses in Washington state.

This year the following increases will be made:

  • Half-day Daycare will be $23 a day.
  • Full-day Daycare will be $33 a day.
  • Boarding will be increased by $3, bringing our nightly boarding charge up to $45.

 

Is my booking confirmed?

All bookings must be paid at the time of scheduling/approval to be confirmed. Any unpaid bookings will be given away and you will need to confirm that a spot is available for your pet before showing up at the facility.

The only exception to this rule is those who are booking far in advance (6 months to a year). These bookings will be sent an email reminder  2 months prior, then another a month before to finalize it, and a deadline date by which it needs to be done, or the booking will be canceled and given away.

Non-Holiday Bookings:

A full refund is given if you call the office at (509) 470-7500 during regular business hours, 3 business days before the start date of your scheduled booking.

Fees apply to any bookings that are canceled after or during that time frame. If an emergency has transpired, please feel free to reach out anytime at the above number.

Holiday Bookings:

Fees apply to any bookings that are canceled after or during that time frame. There no exceptions during Holiday Bookings.

For those that have a routine scheduled daycare or boarding with us, we do provide invoices sent directly to your “Parent Portal” which allows you to pay it quickly and effortlessly online.

Without prior or proper notification of a late time, there is a fee. We do understand when things are out of your control, so please never be afraid to reach out. This is due to the safety risk of having multiple dogs showing up at the same time.

Not all dogs get along. Some are shy, some are extremely excited about being here and that can scare another dog. Which is why they all have their chosen play areas and groups of doggie friends. 

So we do ask if you are going to be late, even by just 5 minutes, let us know.

If your pet damages part of the facility due to undisclosed behavior you will receive notification of the damage, pictures, and a charge. This means if you state your animal does not spray, and thus they are allotted a furnished suite and they do end up spraying/damaging the area you will receive a cleaning bill.

This can also include digging, tearing, or chewing of furniture. Destroying walls, doors, floors, or gates. (which includes ripping up the carpet). 

The charge will be based on the extent of damage that your pet does, which we will do our best to calm. But if unable you will be required to pick them up immediately with no refund.

We do require the completion of our Registration Form, Emergency Vet Release Form (with vet records), and Photo Release Form 3 days before your scheduled Meet & Greet. 

All paperwork can be found in your Parent Portal along with the date it is required to be completed. (Tasks tab for date) Failure to supply these documents will result in a cancellation.
